Arrival to Vladivostok. Transfer to the office of Lazovsky Nature Reserve (180 km /4 hours) Lunch; Excursion to the Museum of Nature and reserve’s eco-centre. Meeting with the reserve’s staff. Transfer to taiga guesthouse.

Trip to “Elamovsky” waterfall (14 km) after lunch transfer to Petrov Island (100 km) Dinner in the guesthouse on Petrov Island

Excursion to the unique yew grove on the island, excursion to the shore forests. Leisure time on the Japan Sea beach; Dinner and meeting with the Lazovsky reserve’s scientific staff

The whole day excursion along the Japan Sea shore. Observation of the sea animals. Observation of migrating birds

Transfer to Khankaisky Nature Reserve (390 km/7-8 hours) Lunch in Ussuriysk (Chinese cuisine), Accommodation in the reserve’s guesthouse “Vostochny” (Eastern) on Khanka lake bank Dinner and meeting with the Khankaisky reserve’s staff

Excursion to bogs, places of the bird migration route After lunch excursion along Khanka Lake bank.

Ornithological excursion to bogs and Khanka Lake bank; visit to habitats of Chinese soft-shelled turtle (Trinix sinensis) and lotus (Nelumbo nucifera)

Transfer to Ussuriisky Nature reserve (150 km/3 hours), Accommodation at a tourist base .Visit to the Museum of Nature and reserve’s eco-centre.

Excursion along the ecological trail – main forest types.

Excursion to the scientific station “Peishula” – rehabilitation station for bears. Lunch on the scientific station “Peishula”;excursion to main Siberian Tiger’s habitats and the cave “Sleeping Beauty”.

Excursion to the Volha river. Optionally - ridding along a forest trail.

Departure to Moscow.
