At the beginning of the summer we asked you what natural landscapes of Russia are the most appealing to you.
The most popular answer was "blue lakes and rivers" (30% of respondents). For those who love water element we offer
hiking and rafting tour at the Kamchatka.
Only 2% less are eager to go anywhere with few people around. Then you have to choose
fishing and rafting in Central Siberia (there will only be bears around) or
the Commanders islands. Here your neighbors will be gulls, sea otters and unscarred Arctic foxes.
Monumental mountains are appealing to 16% of the respondents. The best way to enjoy them is to get to
the Northwest Caucasus or to
the Altai Mountains.
9% choose wild dark woods and it is quite easy to find them no too far away from Moscow - just get to
Pure Forest Biological station in Tver region.
Endless steppes attract 7% and they can see them during
Migrating birds of Volga delta tour. 6% prefer cultural landscapes.
Kenozersky Park in Arkhangelsk region is famous for its "saint" groves, churches and chapels, wooden crosses and old villages in the middle of natural landscapes.
4% of the remaining respondents prefer some other natural landscapes.
