Winners and finalists were announced on Wednesday, December 21.
The winner of the photocontest 2011 are:
Natalia Kopilova with "Road to sunset" Ist prize and "View from the white with frost window of a monastery" II nd prize.
Alexander Feosov with "Sunrise" took the IIIrd prize.
Taking into consideration, that Natalia and Alexander are couple, travelling togrther, we made an exeption for them and granted free trip for two of them. In spring 2012 they will have a chance to visit Kalmykia and participate in a tour "Black earth - patrimony of Saiga, tulip's paradise".
Finalists of the contest are:
- "Sunset over Okavango", "In the Okavango delta", "Waiting for the sun over Namib desert" from Tatiana Mamaeva,
- "Spizkoppe mountains, lizard enjoying wonderfull scenery" и "Victoria faterfall" from Konstantin Rutsky,
- "Khuzhir X and Y. Dance on the sand" from Natalia Solovieva,
- "Merlin's forest" from Arkady Aseev,
- "Mysterious distance" from Renata Umyarova,
- "Moss" from Marysya Savitskaya.
All finalists got calendars 2012 with their pictures and world maps where they can mark their future and past journeys. Marysya Savitskaya who got earlier prize from the audience of our web-page for the work "Bee" got also sweet prize from our eco-partner Teaspice.
We thank everyone attended to the ceremony. New admission of the pictures for 2012 competition will start on January 1.
